Filtering Proctoring Sessions by Alert Level

• The Sessions page allows administrators and authorized users to monitor and review completed proctoring sessions. You can filter sessions based on the alert level to quickly identify sessions that require attention.

• The Alert Level filter helps you narrow down completed sessions based on the alerts generated during the assessment.

Available options include:

• All Alert Levels – Displays sessions regardless of whether alerts were generated.
• High Severity Alerts – Displays only sessions that contain high-severity alerts.
• Has Any Alerts – Displays sessions that have one or more alerts.

Steps to Filter Sessions by Alert Level

1. Navigate to Sessions from the left hand side menu.
2. Select the Completed tab to view completed proctoring sessions.
3. Locate the All Alert Levels dropdown in the filter section.
4. Select the required alert level:
   • All Alert Levels
   • High Severity Alerts
   • Has Any Alerts
5. The session list will be filtered based on the selected alert level.

• Select the required severity level from the dropdown, then click View under the Actions column to review the session details.

Review the alert details and select the appropriate action:

• Confirm – Confirm that the alert is valid.
• Dismiss – Dismiss the alert after review.
• Escalate – Escalate the alert for further investigation.
