Managing Alerts in ProctAI

The Alerts page allows administrators to monitor and manage alerts generated across all proctoring sessions. It provides a centralized view of suspicious activities detected during assessments and allows administrators to review and take appropriate action.

• Navigate to the alerts tab from the left hand side menu
• Pending Review – Alerts that require administrator review. 
• Escalated – Alerts that have been escalated for further investigation. 
• Confirmed – Alerts that have been confirmed after review. 
• Dismissed – Alerts that have been dismissed. 
• All Alerts – Displays all available alerts.

The Actions column provides several options for managing an alert:

• ✓ Confirm – Confirm the alert after reviewing the detected activity.
• ✕ Dismiss – Dismiss the alert when no further action is required.
• ↑ Escalate – Escalate the alert for further investigation.
• 👁 View – View the alert details and review additional information related to the alert.
