The Proctoring Profiles page allows administrators to configure and manage proctoring settings for different assessment types.
Viewing Proctoring Profiles
Navigate to Configuration → Proctoring Profiles from the left hand side tool bar
The profile list displays:
- Profile – Name and description of the proctoring profile.
- Mode – Proctoring mode configured for the profile, such as Automated (AI), Hybrid (AI + Live), or Recorded.
- Status – Indicates whether the profile is Active.
- Sessions – Displays the number of sessions associated with the profile.
- Actions – Provides options to manage the profile.
Creating a New Profile
Click + New Profile to create a new proctoring profile and configure the appropriate proctoring settings for the assessment type.
Enter a Name for the profile. Enter a Description explaining when the profile should be used. Select the appropriate Mode from the dropdown:
- No Proctoring – No proctoring is applied to the assessment.
- Automated (AI) – The session is monitored using AI-based proctoring.
- Live Proctoring – The session is monitored by a live proctor.
- Recorded – The session is recorded for later review.
- Hybrid (AI + Live) – Combines AI-based monitoring with live proctoring.
The Edit Profile page allows administrators to configure how an assessment will be proctored.
- Profile & Mode: Update the profile name, description, and proctoring mode.
- Device Requirements: Select required devices such as webcam, microphone, and screen sharing.
- Pre-Exam Checks: Enable system check, ID verification, face enrollment, and room scan.
- Browser Lockdown: Restrict copy/paste, new tabs, and print screen.
- AI Detection Thresholds: Set grace periods for face visibility, looking away, unauthorized objects, audio, background noise, and tab switching.
- Alert Behavior: Configure automatic alert escalation and cooldown periods.
- Auto-Termination: Enable automatic termination when configured conditions are met.
- Camera Configuration: Choose single-camera or multi-camera requirements.
- Click Save Profile to save the changes.
