Reports & Analytics

The Reports & Analytics page provides an overview of proctoring activity.

• Log in to ProctAI as an administrator
• From the left navigation menu, go to Reports

Date Range & Platform: Filter reports by date and LMS platform.

Key Metrics: View total sessions, average session duration, total alerts, and alert rate. 

Performance: View pass rate, review-needed rate, and fail rate. 

Sessions Over Time: Shows the number of proctoring sessions during the selected period. 

Alert Distribution by Severity: Displays alerts by Critical, High, Medium, and Low severity.

Top Alert Types

The Top Alert Types section shows the most frequently detected alert types during proctored sessions.

It includes:

• Alert Type – Name of the detected activity.
• Count – Number of times the alert occurred.
• Percentage – Percentage of total alerts represented by each alert type.
• Distribution – Visual representation of the alert frequency.
