Creating a tenant

The Tenants page allows system administrators to manage organizations using the ProctAI platform. Administrators can view tenant information, monitor usage, and manage tenant status.

Adding a New Tenant

To create a new tenant:

• Click + Add Tenant in the upper-right corner.

• Enter the required tenant information and create the tenant.

Managing a Tenant

Under the Actions column, administrators can:

• Edit – Update the tenant's configuration or information.
• Deactivate – Deactivate an active tenant when access is no longer required.
