Student accessing the assessments

• After logging in to Learning Tree (LT), the student is directed to the My Courses page.
• The student can also use the Search and Sort options to find the required course.

• Locate the ProctAI Test Course. 
• Click the ProctAI Test Course to access the course and launch the assigned proctored assessment.

The ProctAI Test Exam page displays the required check-in steps before the student can begin the assessment.

The student must complete:

1. System Check
2. ID Verification
3. Face Enrollment
4. Room Scan

Click Begin Check-In to start the check-in process. All required checks must be completed before the assessment can be started.

• Click on start system check 

• Grant the permission for microphone and cameras by clicking "Allow"

• Hold your ID card in front of the camera for verification. Ensure the ID is clearly visible and all required details can be read.

Face Enrollment captures the student's face for identity verification during the assessment.

• Face the camera directly.
• Ensure your face is clearly visible and well-lit.

• Once Check-in is completed begin the assessment 

• Click Webcam Off at the bottom-right corner to turn on the webcam. 
• Allow the browser to access your camera when prompted. 
• Click Start Screen Share. In the screen-sharing window, select the Browser Tab option. 
• Select the required tab and click Share. Verify that the webcam and screen-sharing indicators show as active before continuing with the assessment.
• Once completed submit and finish the exam.

• After completing the assessment, a success message will be displayed. You can then click Return to LMS to go back to the Learning Tree platform.
