How Students Can View Proctor Alerts During an Exam

  • Updated
  • After logging in to Learning Tree (LT), the student is directed to the My Courses page.
  • The student can also use the Search and Sort options to find the required course.
  • The ProctAI Test Exam page displays the required check-in steps before the student can begin the assessment.

  • The student must complete:

  • System Check
  • ID Verification
  • Face Enrollment
  • Room Scan
  • Click Begin Check-In to start the check-in process. All required checks must be completed before the assessment can be started.

  • Click on start Assessment 

The Recent Alerts section displays the latest proctoring alerts detected during the exam. Students can review these alerts to understand any issues identified during their testing session.

For example:

  • No face detected in frame – The system could not detect the student’s face.
  • Multiple faces detected – The system detected more than one person in the camera view.

Each alert includes the time it was detected and the type of activity identified.
