How Does a Proctor Monitor Students Live During a Test?

The Live Monitoring feature in ProctAI allows a proctors to monitor active proctored assessment sessions in real time. It provides a centralized view of students who are currently taking exams and highlights sessions that may require attention based on detected alerts.

• Log in to ProctAI as a proctor
• From the left navigation menu, go to Live Monitoring.
• The Live Monitoring page displays all currently active proctoring sessions

• At the top-right, the system displays the number of active sessions currently being monitored.

• In the screenshot, 72 Live indicates that 72 sessions are currently active.

• Use the search field to find a specific session by entering: Student name or assessment name

• Click the student’s name or select the square box

• The Live Video Stream allows the administrator to view the student’s webcam and monitor their activity in real time during the proctored assessment.
