Pre-Exam Checks Verification: System, ID, Face & Room Verification

• From the left navigation menu, go to → Sessions
• Search by student or assessment

• Click on view details 

The following checks are displayed:

• System Check – Verifies that the student's device and required system components are ready for the proctored session.
• ID Verified – Confirms that the student's identity verification has been completed.
• Face Enrolled – Confirms that the student's face has been captured/enrolled for facial monitoring.
• Room Scan – Indicates that the required environment/room scan has been completed.

A green check mark indicates that the corresponding pre-exam check has been successfully completed by student before beginning the test.
